Solid gear, slow shipping

I purchased the Thigh Sleeves for recovery. The product itself is good; the compression is effective, and the material feels durable. It definitely helped with muscle soreness after my longer runs. However, the shipping took almost a week, which was a bit longer than I hoped, given I paid for standard. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was a plus. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product's performance, but they could improve on delivery times.

Decent purchase, few issues

I ordered a pair of the Compression Leggings and some Calf Sleeves. The ordering process online was straightforward, and they shipped from the US, which meant it arrived faster than I expected, about 4 business days to California. The leggings are good quality, very supportive without being too tight. The calf sleeves, however, felt a bit snugger than I anticipated based on the size chart, but still usable. I didn't need customer support, so can't comment there. Overall, a solid product for performance, just check sizing carefully.

Reliable gear as always

This was my third time buying from EC3D Sports, and they didn't disappoint. I picked up some Medical Grade Compression Socks. I've used their compression sleeves before, and the socks are just as high quality. They hold up well to washing and maintain their compression. It's consistent quality that keeps me coming back. Always a good experience.

Good recovery socks

I bought the Recovery Socks. They fit well and felt good after my run. Shipping was quick. I'll probably get another pair soon.

Excellent Compression Stockings

I just received my new Compression Stockings and I am so happy with them! They are incredibly comfortable and really helped with my leg fatigue. The material feels premium, and the fit guide on the website was spot on. I'm telling all my running buddies to check this place out. Will definitely be ordering more items soon!

Can I use the 10% off newsletter signup code AND get free shipping if my order is over $100?

K Kate D. 1 month ago
Nah, pretty sure you can only use one code at a time. I tried that last month and it only let me apply the bigger discount.

Most sites don't let you stack codes. You'll probably have to pick either the percentage off or free shipping if your total is under the free shipping threshold otherwise. But if it's over $100, free shipping automatically applies, so you could still use the 10% off.

my promo code isn't working at checkout, anyone else have this problem? it's from an email they sent me.

A Andre Bennett 1 month ago
Check if there's an expiration date or if it's for specific items. Sometimes they're really finicky about what it applies to.

Could be case sensitive? Or maybe you already used it? Sometimes those one-time codes get weird if you abandon checkout and try again later.

Are these EC3D products actually medical grade like they say? Or is it just marketing speak?

J June N. 1 month ago
From what I understand, yes, they are. They're made in Quebec and I think that comes with some regulations. My physio recommended them over some other brands because of that.

yeah, my doc said they're legit medical grade. not just normal 'compression' stuff from like target or whatever.

Trying to decide between EC3D and 2XU for some new leggings. Anyone have experience with both and can tell me which is better for recovery?

W Wendy 1 month ago
I've used both. 2XU is good but I feel like the EC3D stuff holds up longer and the compression feels more consistent, especially after a lot of washes. For recovery, I lean EC3D.

2XU is fine but my EC3D socks have lasted way longer without losing their 'oomph'. I'd say EC3D for recovery for sure, it just feels better on the muscles.

Hey, wondering about sizing for these compression socks. My calves are kinda big, should I size up or is it pretty true to size?

T Tom K. 1 month ago
I'd actually measure your calf circumference and check their size chart. I usually go by shoe size but for these, the measurements really matter for the compression part.

Yeah, definitely measure. I found if you're on the fence, going with the smaller end of your measurement range for a snugger fit works best for the compression to do its job. But don't just guess.

Thinking of ordering some stuff for my marathon training. How long does shipping usually take to California?

W Wendy Ito 3 weeks ago
For me it was like 5-7 business days to LA. They ship from the US so it's not super slow.

I got mine in about a week to NorCal. Ordered on a Monday, got it the next Tuesday. Pretty standard.
